Architecturally churches are beutifull places that evolved over the two thousand years of the Christian religion, partly by innovation and partly by imitating other architectural styles as well as responding to changing beliefs, practices and local traditions. Nowadays the architecture of Churches are changing to a simpler style and using new construction materials like concrete.

This original project from Jared Nickerson started out as a client based playing card project but when he realized the potential of it he decided to bring 3 other artists on board, Cuypi, ZombieCorp and Niark.

I’ve recently discovered the work of this relatively unknown polish illustrator, Peter Color, in one of my search’s for inspiration around the web, the amazing compositions, the use of colors and his typographic skills definitely got my attention. Peter worked with some well-know companys like Adidas, MTV and Bacardi.

Marco Calcinaro was born in San Benedetto del Tronto (Italy) in 1971, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in Milan in 1993. His work is painting, exhibited in galleries across Italy, and he also works as an illustrator for the publishing and advertising. Here’s a series of amazing caricatures done by Marco.
